Murtoli offers a large variety of local products, coming both from its soil and local producers but also from the nearby sea. You will savor veal and lamb bred in our farm, fruits and vegetables grown in our garden, cheeses from our shepherds, olive oil produced in our mill, and freshly caught sea bream (Dorade) and sea urchin. A resolutely locavore approach where the path between the field and the plate has never been shorter.
A thousand and one flavors to discover, cunningly seasoned with the scents of regional Maquis herbs.

The Table de la Ferme by Mathieu Pacaud

A journey within a journey. Our Michelin-starred chef has turned the Table de la Ferme (Farm restaurant) into his summer residence. Using state-of-the-art French haute-cuisine techniques, Mathieu Pacaud enhances the island’s heritage and Murtoli's products to serve the essence of Corsica in one simple and authentic meal.

Big game (Wild boar) Honor where honor is due, the rich and varied Ortolo valley hosts great groups of those famous little - and sometimes larger - wild boars, an always quick and unpredictable game that uses very unique and clever technics to escape from dogs and men. The territory provides the three vital animal needs: food, tranquility and hospitable shelter.

For many reasons, the small sedentary game enjoys these large nutritious lands, the territory being crossed by a river, the Ortolo, offers a long plain in its heart, the farming activity is all around, the environment is consistently and tirelessly maintained. Which game will you spring up on your next passage? Obviously, red partridges - the favorite small game here - but also pheasants, hares and rabbits, or mallard ducks.
